【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodfortheaccuratedeterminationofisolatedtransbondsinnaturalorprocessedlong-chainfattyacids,fattyacidestersandtriglycerideswithtransisomerlevels>5%.Themethodisnotapplicable,orisapplicableonlywithspecificprecautions,to—fatsandoilscontaininghighlevels(over5%)ofconjugatedunsaturation(e.g.tungoil),—materialscontainingfunctionalgroupswhichmodifytheintensityoftheC-Hdeformationaboutthetransdoublebond[e.g.castoroilcontainingricinoleicacidoritsgeometricalisomer,ricinelaidicacid(12-hydroxy-9-octadecenoicacid)],—mixedtriglycerideshavinglong-andshort-chainmoieties(suchasdiacetostearin),oringeneral,—anymaterialscontainingconstituentswhichhavefunctionalgroupswhichgiverisetospecificabsorptionbandsatorsufficientlyclosetointerferewiththe966cmbandoftheC-Hdeformationoftheisolatedtransdoublebond.NOTEDienes,suchascis-transandtrans-transdienes,canaffectthecalibration.Foraccuratedeterminationsonmaterialswithtranslevelsbelow5%,astandardizedcapillaryGLCmethodisrecommended(forexample,seeISO15304).
