【摘要】:ThispartofISO5667givespracticalguidanceonsampling,pretreatment,performanceandevaluationofwatersinthecontextofbiotesting.Informationisgivenonhowtocopewiththeproblemsforbiotestingarisingfromthenatureofthewatersampleandthesuitabilityofthetestdesign.Itisintendedtoconveypracticalexperienceconcerningprecautionstobetakenbydescribingmethodssuccessfullyproventosolveortocircumventsomeoftheexperimentalproblemsofbiotestingofwaters.ReferencehasbeenmadeasfaraspossibletoexistingInternationalStandardsandguidelines.Informationtakenfrompublishedpapersororalcommunicationisutilizedaswell.Primarilydealtwitharesubstance-relatedproblemsconcerningsampling,pretreatmentandpreparationofwatersamplesforbiotestingandtreatmentofsamplesduringthetest,especiallywhenperformingtestswithwatersandwastewaterscontainingunstableorremovableingredients.Basicprinciplesofqualityassurance,evaluationofdataandpresentationofresultsareoutlined.Specialemphasisislaidonecotoxicologicaltestingwithorganisms('single-speciesbiotests').Somefeaturesaddressedinthisgeneralguidanceapplyaswelltobiodegradationand/orbioaccumulationstudiesasfarassamplingandsamplepreparationsisconcerned.Preparationofpoorlysolublesubstancesandtestingbeyondthewater-solubilitylimitisalsoaddressed.ThispartofISO5667isnotapplicabletobacteriologicalexaminationofwater.AppropriatemethodsaredescribedinotherInternationalStandards.

适用范围
本标准规定了符合《1974年国际海上人命安全公约》(SOLAS公约)第Ⅴ章和《国际高速船安全规
则》(HSC规则)要求,用于操舵和测定方向的船用电磁罗经的结构和性能通用要求、型式试验和单项检验要求。本标准所规定的电磁罗经适用于总长不小于24m 的船舶。电磁罗经是指利用地球磁场获取船舶艏向信息的电子设备,该信息将被传输到用于操舵和测定方向的主罗经、附属于主罗经的复示器及其他需要的导航设备。
